Damba is located in the northwestern corner of Lake Victoria, south of Kampala and east of Entebbe. It is bisected by the equator, which defines the northern edge of the map. The map shows the southwestern part of Damba. Rocks, points, and other natural features, including swampland and forest, are indicated. Also visible on the map is part of Kome Island, to the south of Damba Island, and a number of smaller islands to the south and southeast. An index grid in the lower left identifies adjoining sheets to this detailed survey map. The scale is 1:50,000.
